Also this year grenzenlos offers the possibility to join our volunteering programm EXPERIENCE AUSTRIAa volunteers programm OUTSIDE EVS! Grenzenlos (former ICYE Austria) is part of the international youth exchange network (the ICYE Federation). It was founded in 1949 as a pacifist programme standing for tolerance and re-conciliation between different cultures. Grenzenlos is a non-profit and non-govermental Organisation, which main aim is to promote world - peace and tolerance through international non-formal education programmes, that combine cultural integration with engagement in non-profit initiatives worldwide. The conditions are that the volunteer will receive 360 Euro per months to cover the accomodation and living costs. Grenzenlos will take care of finding a flat and will also be responsible for the mentoring during the whole project. The detailed project describtions are attached!

Our project possibilities are:
1. Kinderladen Hütteldorf - Vienna - September 2008-...- 3 - 11 months - Kindergarden project
The kinderladen Hütteldorf is a kindergarden with already some expereince in hosting volunteers. A volunteer would help the staff to organize activities for the children and play with them. Many activities will be done outdoor. No skills are required but the strong motivation to work with kids.
2. Europahaus des Kindes - Vienna - September 2008 - ... - 6-12 months - kindergarden project
The volunteer will have the chance to work in a bilungual project for children in one of the most beautiful areas in Vienna.
The volunteer will be working with children aged 6-10 years but also supporting the smaller once aged 3-6. Preferable english native speakers are invited to take part in the project. No further skills are required. See more at www.europahausdeskindes.at/
3. SOAMI Montessori Kindergarden - Carinthia - May 2008 - ... - 6-12 months - kindergarden project
The volunteer will have the chance to live in beautiful natural environment at the Carinthian Millstätter Lake. The Kindergarden is part of a Yoga center. The volunteer will live in a family and should be open to vegan lifestyle (He/she can of course eat what he/she wants!!!) and like nature. Preferable english native speakers are invited to take part in the project. No further skills are required.See the environment at http://www.soami.at/
4. Montessorischule Hütteldorf - Vienna - September 2008 - ... -6-10 months - Alternative school project
The volunteer would assist in a montessorischool with the daily routines but would also have the possibility to create own projects together with the children. Preferable english native speakers are invited to take part in the project. No further skills are required.
