Dear friends,
"Associazione culturale LINK" is a youth organization based in the South of Italy, funded in 2003 and involved in international youth work.
We plan to organize a Bilateral youth exchange where to involve youngsters with age between 15-19 years old to make sport activities and learn to stay in full-contact with nature, but we are open to any suggestion.
Link is looking for a organization (ONLY FROM EU COUNTRIES)that can send a group of youngsters with the mentioned target age in a minimum of 8 people + 2 adult leaders and also can host youngsters from Italy; both the sessions will be held in summer 2010. We would prefer to be hosted in July by our partner and to host in August. Duration of the exchange would be 9-10 days (travel days excluded).
The main focus of the project would be inclusion of young people with less opportunites and we expect the partner organization to build-up a mixed group(less opportunities and mainstream youth). The proposal is open to any disadvantaged youth group but we would prefer to work with minorities since our group would be made by Italians and young Albanian immigrants.
In order to run the planned activities, LINK and the partner organization need to apply to their YOUTH IN ACTION National Agency by the 1st of April 2010.
