I'm Egyptian studying in bari italy I'm a sportsman was a basketball player and now I'm a basketball referee I attended an ESC project about the non formal education and I see this project will give me chance to know more about it and apply it with the kids my study is about agriculture but I love helping people and I enjoy people's happiness it's my first time volunteering and sure will not the last time.
I'm Giombattista Pietro Vincenzo Morando, 22 years old, a recent graduate in cultural heritage, and in my first year of a master's degree in art history. I'm a poor videographer and really enjoy reading. Why am I here? 3 very easy reasons: 1) I had a hole to fill since I finished my classes. 2) For the money. 3) To gain experience to put on my resume. I know I may seem materialistic and that I don't really care about the project, but in reality, if I had said I only care about the experience with foreign students, etc., I would have been hypocritical and predictable. Experience matters, but I put it second. Don't take it personally; they told me to be brutally honest.

I am a university student, I study languages, I studied in Spain at 16 and I would like to teach Spanish.I am a former competitive swimmer, and I like art. I chose this project because I enjoy discovering new languages and cultures and above all I enjoy helping others, and I hope this project will help me face difficulties more lightheartedly and help me understand many more things about myself.

I finished my degree in Environmental Sciences this summer and decided to take a year to travel, learn new things, and explore what I want to do in the future. I love cooking and everything related to animals and nature. This Link project seemed like the perfect opportunity to experience Italian culture and do something related to my course and interests (including food).

I’m Lily McClatchey, I’m from Ireland and currently travelling around Europe working with different ESC organisations getting to meet new friends, new cultures and new languages. I chose to come and volunteer with Link because I love the ethos and inclusiveness of this organisation and would love to experience Christmas in beautiful Puglia. I have a passion for the arts and helping others so this project is amazing! I hope to pick up more Italian and eat delicious food.
My name is Vicente, I’m 24 years old, and I’m from Barcelona, Spain. I studied warehouse operations in Barcelona, and I enjoy watching and playing football. I joined this project because I really enjoyed my internship in Portugal and wanted to experience something similar again. I also wanted to step out of my comfort zone and meet new people.
